Start with the tear, not the diagnosis.
Most people arrive with a label from an MRI report. What decides whether this procedure can help is simpler: is a disc torn, and is it leaking? These are the problems where that question is worth asking.

Neck and lower back
Cervical and lumbar discs can both be treated.
Most of the people who come to us have lower-back pain, but the same approach applies to the neck — disc pain with or without symptoms radiating into the arm and hand. The annulogram finds the tear wherever it is.
Start with the scan you already have.
A physician screens the MRI you already have and tells you in writing whether you appear to be a candidate — before you spend anything, least of all a flight.
