If you check the SMS consent box, FibraDisc may text you about your candidacy screening, scheduling, and follow-up. Message frequency varies with your care; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of receiving care.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also withdraw consent by calling (833) 719-6978.
